    • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System confirming the professionalism of business and production processes.
    • EN ISO 3834-2 – Comprehensive quality requirements for welding of metallic materials (highest welding quality level).
    EN 1090-1, -2, -3 (EXC3 class) – Factory Production Control Certification. Authorizes the design and manufacture of steel structures (often in EXC3 class, enabling the construction of bridges and safety-critical structures).
    • WHG – Certification ensuring that installations are environmentally safe.
  2. Pressure Equipment Authorizations (KSM Zeman Specialization)
    The company places strong emphasis on international markets (particularly Germany) and the energy sector, as confirmed by:
    AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 0 / HP 100 R – Authorization for manufacturing pressure equipment (vessels and pipelines) in accordance with German standards.
    • Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) – Authorization to manufacture pressure equipment in compliance with EU regulations.
    UDT approvals – Polish certifications for the manufacture, modernization, and repair of pressure and non-pressure vessels, as well as transmission and process pipelines.
  3. Personnel Competencies (Supervision and Testing)
    The company employs specialists holding the following qualifications:
    IWE / EWE – International and European Welding Engineers responsible for technical supervision of welding technologies.
    IWI – Welding Inspectors verifying workshop processes.
    NDT personnel (VT, PT, MT, UT) – Certified Level 2 inspectors (in accordance with ISO 9712) performing non-destructive testing of welded joints.
  4. Execution Standards (Technical)
    The company operates in accordance with the following product standards:
    EN 13445 (pressure vessels),
    EN 13480 (pipelines),
    EN 12952 / EN 12953 (boilers).
  5. Specialized Material Certifications
    Transfer of material identification markings on products with material certificates from manufacturers approved in accordance with pressure equipment regulations (Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU in conjunction with AD 2000-Merkblatt W 0).   6. Qualified Welding Procedures (WPQR)

ASME and PE(S)R/PED standards:
• 60 procedures according to ASME Section IX Ed. 2021, Section I Ed. 2021, and PE(S)R 2016.
• 20 procedures (essential variables) according to ASME Section IX / Section I Ed. 2021 and PED.
• Approvals from notified bodies: LRQA (UK/PE(S)R) and UDT (PL/EU/PED).

European standards (PN-EN ISO 15614):
• Process 141: 54 procedures
• Process 111: 15 procedures
• Process 141/111: 15 procedures
• Process 135: 20 procedures
• Process 131: 3 procedures

Material and process scope:
• Material groups (ISO/TR 15608): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 43, including dissimilar joints between these groups.
• Welding and joining processes: 111, 131, 135, 141, 142, 783.
• Thickness range: from 1 mm to 100 mm.
• Special processes: Approved cladding (overlay welding) technologies and qualified bending technologies for most material groups according to ISO/TR 15608.

Human Resources:
Production staff: A team of 160 welders and 160 fitters (both in-house personnel and certified subcontractors).
Supervision and management: A team of 30 specialists, including contract management, a dedicated HSE department, and engineering welding supervision.
